All tickets MUST be picked up at the venue location on the date of the event unless you have requested tickets be mailed out to you at an extra cost..

If you have requested tickets to be mailed to you then we use Canada Express post. We will send you a tracking number to track your purchase online.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
